Equipped with high-tonnage extrusion presses, five-axis CNC machines, and heat treatment equipment, we can customize aerospace special-shaped copper extrusions based on customer drawings or 3D models.

 

Core Machining Capabilities

 

Extrusion
During the extrusion process, we utilize 2,000-ton equipment and maintain constant pressure to completely press the copper material into the mold cavity, ensuring part dimensional tolerances within ±0.02 mm.

 

Straightening
After extrusion and cooling, we use straightening equipment to align parts section by section, maintaining straightness within 0.5 mm/m, ensuring subsequent machining accuracy.

 

CNC Precision Machining
Following, we use five-axis CNC equipment for secondary finishing, ensuring dimensional accuracy of ±0.01 mm and surface roughness ≤ Ra0.8 μm.

 

Surface Treatment
We offer processes such as anodizing, nickel electroplating, and chemical passivation, creating a 5–25 μm thick protective layer on component surfaces to prevent rust and extend the service life to 8–10 years.

 

Quality Inspection

 

Dimensional Inspection: Calipers, micrometers, and CMMs are used to ensure dimensional compliance with design requirements.
Surface Inspection: Ultrasonic and eddy current nondestructive testing are used to detect surface cracks, scratches, and internal defects.
Mechanical Testing: Tensile, hardness, and elongation tests are performed on samples to verify that mechanical properties meet specified standards.
