Engineering Equipment

Our metal components are manufactured for heavy equipment construction, mining, and agriculture. High-strength alloys and advanced heat treatments are employed to produce gears, bushings, and hydraulic cylinders that endure heavy loads, vibrations, and abrasive environments. Custom designs adhere to ISO 9001 requirements, reducing downtime with fatigue-resistant designs. Applications include excavator joints, crane bearings, and bulldozer track systems with a focus on longevity and safety of operation in harsh environments.

Valve Industry

Accuracy-machined valve components meet strict flow control specifications for chemical, pharma, and energy applications. Stainless steel (316L/904L) and brass body material is chemical corrosion- and pitting-resistant, and tightly closed seats are CNC-machined. Pressure rating of stems and actuators to 10,000 PSI, and temperature to more than 600°C, to API 608/6D specification. LNG pipes, refinery shutoff systems, and desalination plants compatible.

Pump Systems

Long-life casings and impellers for corrosive media, high-viscosity media, and slurries. Cavitation- and erosion-resistant duplex steel and super-austenitic alloys in wastewater, chemical process, and oil transport pumps. Laser alignment of shafts minimizes vibration, increasing energy efficiency by 15–20%. Special tungsten carbide coatings, for example, increase service life in abrasive mining slurry pumps and shipboard cooling systems.

Automotive

Ultra-light aluminium and titanium CNC parts maximise EV battery enclosures, turbochargers, and suspension components. Micro-tolerance machining (less than 5μm) facilitates seamless integration with hybrid powertrains and ADAS sensors. Components are tested with rigorous fatigue testing (to SAE J2749) and low-friction surface treatments, reducing emissions but allowing autonomous vehicle durability through thermal cycling.

Oil & Gas

API 6A/17D-qualified subsea connectors, blowout preventers, and X80 steel pipelines built for sour gas and deepwater use. Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) eliminates nickel alloy component porosity, and PTFE-coated fasteners ensure hydrogen embrittlement resistance. Products include fracking valves and offshore platform flanges, to Arctic-grade wellhead equipment, qualified to NACE MR0175 standards for H2S resistance.
