Zinc Alloy Die Castings for Precision Engineering

Zinc Alloy Die Castings for Precision Engineering

Material Grade: One can employ material grades of high-grade zinc die-casting material like Zamak 3 (ASTM AG40A) or Zamak 5 (ASTM AG41A). Zamak 3 offers better castability, dimensional stability, and corrosional performance. It is slightly harder than this grade since more aluminium is employed in this grade.

Description

Equipped with high-pressure die-casting equipment and CNC machining centers, we can customize precision engineering zinc alloy die-casting parts based on your 2D/3D drawings or performance specifications.

Raw Materials Selection

All zinc alloy raw materials are tested for purity, composition, and physical properties before entering our factory to ensure they meet die-casting process requirements, guaranteeing part strength and durability from the source.

Core Machining Capabilities

High-Pressure Die Casting
We use 180–800-ton high-pressure die-casting equipment to press molten zinc alloy into the die and compact it, ensuring a porosity of ≤0.3% and a tensile strength of 280–320 MPa.

Precision CNC Post-Machining
After die-casting, we use a five-axis CNC machining center to finish-machine the die-cast parts, achieving a machining accuracy of ±0.01–0.02 mm and a surface roughness of Ra 0.8–1.6 μm.

Surface Treatment
We offer a variety of surface treatments, including sandblasting, electroplating, anodizing, and powder coating, to enhance corrosion and wear resistance, extending the service life of parts to 8–10 years.

Quality Inspection

Equipped with testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), spectrometers, and hardness testers, we meticulously inspect raw materials, dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes, maintaining a component acceptance rate exceeding 99.5%.
