Equipped with fully automated die-casting equipment and CNC machining centers, we can customize industrial zinc alloy die-casting parts based on your 2D/3D drawings or performance specifications. We support small order quantities and fast sample delivery.
Material Selection
We only use zinc alloy raw materials that meet international standards such as Zamak 3 and Zamak 5. Spectroscopic testing verifies the composition and ensures that impurity content (such as lead, iron, and nickel) is ≤0.005%, ensuring casting quality from the source.
Core Machining Capabilities
Die Casting
We use 160–800 ton cold chamber die-casting machines to form zinc alloy parts in one shot. Dimensional tolerance is maintained at CT6–CT7, with porosity controlled within ≤0.5%, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and compactness of the blanks.
CNC Milling
We are equipped with five-axis machining centers to carry out precise milling of part end faces, achieving dimensional accuracy of ±0.01 mm and surface roughness of Ra0.8–1.6 μm.
CNC Turning
We use dual-spindle turning centers to process circular structures of parts, ensuring roundness ≤0.003 mm, coaxiality ≤0.005 mm, and thread accuracy up to 6H/6g grade.
Surface Treatment
We offer powder coating, electroplating, passivation, and other treatments to create a 60–90 μm protective layer on the surface of components, enhancing corrosion resistance.
Quality Assurance
Dimensional Inspection: Calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment are used to ensure part tolerances meet requirements.
Nondestructive Testing: Ultrasonic and X-ray testing are used to detect and eliminate internal defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities.
Mechanical Testing: Tensile, hardness, and impact testing are performed to ensure die-cast parts possess the required strength.
