For the external diameters, end faces, and shafts of these parts, we utilize CNC lathes, ensuring roundness, coaxiality, and end face perpendicularity within ±0.01–0.02 mm.

 

Drilling and Tapping
For mounting holes, through-holes, and threaded holes on these parts, we utilize high-speed drilling and automatic tapping processes, achieving hole diameter accuracies of H7–H9.

 

Surface Treatment
We utilize sandblasting to remove burrs and scale from the part surface. Oxidation or electroplating also creates a protective layer, extending the service life to 8–10 years.

 

Quality Assurance

 

After processing, the parts will be tested item by item using a three-coordinate measuring machine, a roughness tester and a hardness tester, and the batch qualification rate will be maintained above 99.5%.
